Nativity Ornaments

I made these ornaments using clear glass ornaments, overhead transparency( Office Depot sells them by the sheet), vinyl and files from the Pazzles Craft Room. I cut a circle with a tab on the top that fit the inside of the ornament. I cut the nativity and the three wise men out of vinyl, and adhered it to the transparency. I rolled up the transparency and it just popped open once it was inside the ornament. I took a pair of tweezers to straighten it a little and added the snow.  I gave these to my son's teacher and she loved them! I am going to make a few more for my tree too.  I've seen  these online but they used paper to cut out the scenes but vinyl works so much better and you cant tell which side is the glued side like you can with paper.

Its Christmas Card Time!!

Merry Christmas!....well almost. Can you believe it really is right around the corner? AHHH! I am in a hurry for it to get here but at the same time I am wondering how I am going to get everything done by the time it does get here!...lol Well, at least I have one card made..tee hee.
Of course I used my Pazzles Creative Cutter to cut it out. I'm tellin' you if you don't have this machine yet. You NEED it! I also used files from the Pazzles Cutting Library. There are thousands of files available in the library in wpc and svg formats.
For this card I used the Holly Swoop file and the Poinsettia & Bow file from the 9th day of the 12 days of Christmas series in the projects section. The music paper background is called "Sing the Carols" from October Afternoon. All the plain cardstock is from Recollections. I curved the petals and leaves on the poinsettia to give it dimension and added a few punched circles in the center. I also chalked the edges of the card and poinsettia before assembling it.
Well, that’s one card down and a ton more to go...lol! But with my Pazzles I know I can get them done in a snap! I hope you have a fabulous Christmas and you get everything done you need to before it gets here!...lol

Santa-tizer

Ok, I totally stole this idea...lol I've seen a lot of them on-line so I am not sure who to give credit to for the original design. But it was so cute I just had to duplicate it. Most of the ones I saw on-line used paper, but paper wouldn't last a minute in this house..lol So I used vinyl instead. You can wipe it down and I figured it would hold up to grimy hands and Santa-tizer splatters...lol I cut everything out using my Pazzles Creative Cutter. I'm telling you, the Pazzles cuts vinyl like butter...butter I tell you! I made a few for my house and a few for my kiddos teachers. I think they will bring a little more Christmas cheer into our holiday!

I got my eye on you!!!

I made this eye box using  my Pazzles Creative Cutter, the round box file and the eyeball card file found in the Pazzles Craft Room.  It goes together really fast and is a simple project even for the beginner.  I originally made it for a Halloween project but one of my clients is an optometrist and I am going to surprise him and fill it with candy and leave it on his desk at home.  I showed it to his wife, and she said, "I'd better make a few as his co-workers are going to want one too".

Halloween Treat Boxes

BOO!  I designed these treat boxes using files from the Pazzles Craft Room.  I am always looking for small "gifties" for the kiddos teachers, neighbors, lunch ladies...etc. These trest boxes are about the size of toilet paper rolls though I used the Soda Can cutting file instead of toilet paper rolls as I can never remember to save those things...lol.  The tops of these treat boxes are removable so you can hide your treats inside.  My kiddos are excited to give these to our neighbors and their friends on Halloween!

School Office Clock

Ok I must be in the school spirit!  When I delivered the pumpkin I noticed the clock was missing in the office. Well, apparently it fell off the wall and broke. Soooooo, I went and bought this one, took it apart, then used my Pazzles Creative Cutter to cut the school's mascot out (like on the pumpkin) and pasted to the face of the clock. I reassembled the clock and took it in this morning. They seemed to really like it. So now their clock and pumpkin match...LOL

School Spirit Pumpkin

Using my beloved Pazzles Creative Cutter I cut my kiddo's school mascot out of vinyl and stuck it on a pumpkin.  I sprayed the pumpkin with Modge Podge Clear Acrylic Sealer to make it shiny.  The office staff and teachers loved it.  It sitting on the office counter as we speak type.

I also made this one for Aaron's teacher.  Her last name starts with a G and her favorite color is purple.  I thought it would look cute on her desk.  I really like the shiny look that the Mod Podge give the pumpkin.

My Pazzles Creative Cutter Does It Again!

Our high school homecoming game is on Friday. I found these bracelets at the dollar store and thought they would be fun at the game. They light up and flash blue...our main school color. Believe it or not, I used my Pazzles Creative Cutter to cut the letters from vinyl. Well, we all know the Pazzles can cut vinyl like butter. The unbelivable part is the letters were under 1 inch tall and only 2.5 across. Now that's small!  This machine cranked them out with no problem!  We are going to sell them at the game for $5.00 each to raise money for the missions trip the school is going on in February.  I am super happy with them and I know the fans will love them! They turned out perfect.

Endless Possibilities!

Ok so we all know how much I love my Pazzles Creative Cutter, but I don't think I ever shared an embroidery project with you. I have the Singer SEQS 6000 another fabulous machine! But the Pazzles and the Singer together?...look out I'm gonna take over the world!...ok maybe just my part of it...tee hee.  I made these patches for our volleyball team using both machines together! I designed the patch using my Pazzles software, exported it in a JPG format then imported the JPG into my Singer software and viola, I created an embroidery file!  I design all my embroidery files this way. Which means I can take any clipart or vector file and not only use it as a cutting file but an embroidery file too!  I mean really, is there anything the Pazzles cannot do?  If you have an embroidery machine with auto punch software and a Pazzles Creative Cutter you have endless possibilities at your fingertips.  I also created the school logo in the Pazzles software and sewed it directly onto the duffel bag. The patches were ironed onto the side of the duffel bag.  The girls loved them!

Cute Thanksgiving Wreath

I made this wreath using leaves from the Pazzles Craft Room and a few files from the  Thanksgiving Cornucopia Centerpiece in the projects section in the Pazzles Craft Room. I love the corn and for the wheat I bent the "leaves" and glued two of them together back to back to give them a little more dimension.  I am going to give it to my ds's teacher for her classroom door.

Its Back To School Time!!!

Here are a couple of bulletin boards I made using my Pazzles. I have become a very popular girl once the teachers found out what this machine can do! How cool is it that I can pick a theme and make it happen? As soon as one of the teachers said she was doing a sock monkey theme this year I went straight to my Pazzles and created the file. She loved it. The principle told me he loved when I did the boards because they were custom and not boring. The teachers really love the custom boarders too!  I love doing the bulletin boards! To me its like doing an over sized scrapbooking page!  What ever the theme is, I always make one to represent each student in that particular class. So there are 17 fourth graders so 17 airplanes. The same for the monkeys. 16 students = 16 monkeys.  That way they can take them home or glue them on a notebook...etc. when the board gets changed.  I glued the paper airplanes onto clothes pins before pinning them to the board.  This make them pop off the board and when the students take them home they can clip them onto something.

I purchased all the files on this paper airplane board and a few for the monkey board from Miss Kate Cuttables.  If you haven't discovered her site yet now is the time to visit. She has tons of fabulous files and a freebie every day!

Purse Box

Ok by now you can see by my recent post history that I am on a box trend. I love creating "something out of nothing". I start off with just a few sheets of paper and with a little magic and my Pazzles I end up with this totally giftable gift. I love it!

This is a purse I designed using my Pazzles Creative Cutter.  I just love that machine...have I said that before...tee hee.  I will use this box to put small gifts in to give to the kiddo's teachers or friends, co-workers...etc.  I've posted a few purses on my blog that I've done in the past but this one I designed myself from scratch. "Look mom no hands"...lol  I hope you like it.

Lego Box

This Lego box is the latest file I designed using my Pazzles Creative Cutter.  I plan on making square one with four nubs on it too.  My son loves it!  I am seeing Lego party favors in his future...tee hee.

Etched Glass

I love how this glass turned out. I made four of them with our initials on them.  I used my Pazzles and contact paper to cut the E out, then adhered the sticky side of the vinyl to the glass, brushed on the etching cream and waited for about 20 mins.  Washed it off and viola, etched glasses! They are fast becoming our favorite glasses.  I bought them at the Dollar Tree!  I plan on making a set for all my sisters and brothers. What a cool cheap gift!  I think they would make a great wedding gift too!
I also did some small mirrors to use as coasters. With my Pazzles I can do any design I want.  It would be cool to do votives with the brides monogram for her reception tables. I also did a monogrammed glass serving platter for a wedding gift. I plan on doing glasses with our school mascot on them for Prom too. What fun this machine is!

I created this pogo stick file from a picture.  I think its kinda fun. My son got a pogo stick for his birthday so I needed a neat cutting file.

Monogramed Mug

I made this coffee mug using vinyl and my Pazzles Creative Cutter.  The vinyl is permanent and should last 3-5 years.  I don't plan on washing it in the dishwasher so it might even last longer.  I love the way it turned out. I put my monogram on both sides.  I got the cup at Joanns using my 40% off coupon of course!..lol

Fun Guitar Box

Here is a guitar box I created on my Pazzles.  I took a straight on picture of my hubby's guitar and tried to duplicate it the best I could using paper.  I am very happy with how it turned out. I made a card to match it too. I plan on giving them to him on Father's Day.

Sock Monkey Cutting files

I created these little guys and gals using my Pazzles and a straight on picture of my son's sock monkey. I created the poses by cutting the legs and arms off and then welding them back on.  One of the teachers at our school is doing a sock monkey theme in her classroom so I really designed them for her bulletin board.  But I like them and since my son is monkey crazy, I will probably use them for myself too.  If you want the cutting file they are posted on the Pazzles Craft Room site in the Pazzles Albums and on the Pazzles Yahoo Group.
